How To Order

1. Select the quantity you would like to purchase.

2. Click the “Choose Image” button to select and upload your photos. Crop, edit and preview your photos before submitting them.

3. Once you are happy with your photos and have them submitted, you will be able to add to cart and proceed to checkout. After checkout, your photos are automatically sent to us, and we will get started on your order!

High resolution and well lit photos will yield best results!

Ordering

What is the status of my order?

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place your order. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.

Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.

We ship via USPS and all orders will be posted from Newburgh, Indiana, United States 47630.

What are your handling times?

We're excited for you to receive your products as well!
Kindly note, our handling times do not include shipping and delivery periods.

Due to their customized nature, allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched (this also depends on the size of your order and if custom design work was requested). However, our typical processing time is just 1-2 business days!

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.

Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 12 hours of your order being placed.

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will happily work with you to make things right.

My order has arrived but it's not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare circumstances that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us with the following details.

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • Photographs of the defect

Custom Photo Magnets & Pins

Do I have to send a physical picture?

We print your photos for you! All you have to do is upload any digital photo onto the corresponding product page - photos from your phone, desktop or camera will work perfectly.

Can I change my photo?

If your order has not been fulfilled, you may change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at Magneticimpressionsllc@gmail.com.
