Quality

What are some tips on how to upload images?

For best results, leave a 2mm variance around the border of your photo. The image that is uploaded will wrap around the edges of the magnet providing a seamless finish.

Images will be printed as you have cropped them and with the image quality you've provided.

Select highest quality photos possible for best results.

Ordering

What is the status of my order?

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email
address when you place your order. You will receive another email with tracking
information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with
your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel
your order.

Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already
been fulfilled.

We ship via USPS and all orders will be posted from Newburgh, Indiana, United States 47630.

What are your handling times?

We're excited for you to receive your products as well!
Kindly note, our handling times do not include shipping and delivery periods.

Due to their customized nature, allow 3-5 business days for
your order to be made and dispatched (this also depends on the size of your order and if custom design work was requested). However, our typical processing time is just 1-2 business days!

You will receive an email with tracking information when
your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a
shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.

Tracking information will be updated within 24 business
hours of shipment.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the customized nature of our products we do not
offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your
order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your
order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given.

My order has arrived but it's not as I expected. What can
I do?

In the rare circumstances that your order arrives damaged or
faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us with the
following details.

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • Photographs of the defect

We will assess the product and where needed, we will issue a
replacement.

Custom Photo Magnets

Do I have to send a physical picture?

We print your photos for you! All you have to do is upload
any digital photo onto the corresponding product page - photos from your phone
or camera will work perfectly.

How do I crop my photos to the required ratio?

Go onto the product page that you would like to purchase,
simply click on "choose image" to upload your photos. Then
select the photo you would like to crop and it will bring you to the editing
page. The cropping tool will automatically let you crop to the ratio that is
required for your product.

Can I change my photo?

If your order has not been fulfilled, you may change your
photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at Magneticimpressionsllc@gmail.com.
