Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once production of your product begins, we’re unable to cancel orders or issue refunds.

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will happily work with you to make things right! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your product.

Please note that shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable.

My order has arrived but it's not as I expected. What can I do?
