Handling Times
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. However, our typical processing time is just 1-2 business days.
Given the customized nature of our products, we ask for your patience as we craft and dispatch your order. If you're purchasing for a special occasion like an anniversary or birthday, please factor in our processing and shipping timelines outlined. Exceptions may apply during promotional events or peak holiday seasons. Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will work to prioritize your order.
We ship via USPS and all orders will be posted from Newburgh, Indiana United States.

United States Orders
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Priority shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary depending on USPS. All shipping charges on your order are non-refundable. Should you need to modify your chosen shipping method or have made an error, please contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already shipped, the shipping method can no longer be modified
Unfortunately, we cannot assume liability for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and instances of list items during transit. Parcels that are delayed due to USPS, UPS or FedEx are not eligible for a refund if they are successfully delivered even if not within the expected timeframe.

- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal services
- PO Box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

Tracking Details
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification. Shortly after, the postal service will send tracking updates, including estimated delivery times and delivery management options. These emails may take up to 24 hours from the time of shipping confirmation for these emails to appear in your inbox. If you're unable to see your shipping notification email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
